Liudmila Aliabieva – PhD., Russian Fashion Theory: the Journal of Dress, Body & Culture Editor-in-Chief (2006 present), editor of the book series Fashion Theory Journal Library, director of MA Programme in Fashion Studies at the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences (Moscow)

Academic Director of PhD programme in Fine and Applied Arts, and Architecture at the Design School (Natinal Research University Higher School of Economics, Moscow), Lecturer in Critical and Cultural Studies at the British Higher School of Art and Design (Moscow), curator.

In 2010 she initiated the fashion designer award (Dress Code) which is annually held in Krasnoyarsk where she also curates programme on fashion and design.
