MSSES students will receive state diplomas of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).

MSSES and RANEPA open application for a joint master's degree programs taught in Russian with partial English taught modules. This will allow the graduates to receive a state diploma of the RANEPA, the diploma of professional retraining of the MSSES and the MA diploma of the University of Manchester. The state diploma of the RANEPA gives students a respite from the Russian army. The content and teaching staff of educational programs remains the same.

Joint educational programs open a set in the following areas:
  • Psychological Counseling (37.04.01 Psychology)
  • Project Management in the socio-cultural sphere (38.04.02 Management)
  • Management in the field of fashion and design: theory and practice (38.04.02 Management)
  • Development of territories and environmental design (38.04.02 Management)
  • Legal support of asset management (40.04.01 Jurisprudence)
  • Comparative and International Private Law (40.04.01 Jurisprudence)
  • International Politics (41.04.04 Politology)
  • Political Philosophy (41.04.04 Politology)
  • History of Soviet civilization: economy, society, culture (46.04.01 History)
This model of collaboration between the Institute for Social Sciences of the RANEPA and the MSSES was previously implemented and tested on the following programs:
  • Media Management (42.04.01 Advertising and Public Relations)
  • Behavioral Economics (38.04.01 Economics)
  • Fundamental sociology (39.04.01 Sociology)

For admission to the program, it is necessary to file documents with the Admission Board of MSSES and the RANEPA, pass the entrance exams and pass the enrollment procedure. Admission to joint programs is conducted until August 13.
